Revealing the contact
Unlocking a contact channel on one record: a verified email or a LinkedIn profile costs 1 credit, a phone number or direct dial costs 5. Revealing a contact you have already unlocked is free, permanently — you never pay twice for the same person.

What uses a credit?
Searching, filtering, previewing and exporting records are free and unlimited on every plan, including Free. A credit is spent at one moment only: when a contact channel is revealed to you. A verified email or a LinkedIn profile costs 1 credit; a phone number or direct dial costs 5. Revealing a contact you have already unlocked costs nothing.
Is there really no limit on seats?
No limit on any plan, including Free. Credits already measure what a workspace uses, so counting people as well would charge twice for the same thing. Invite the whole revenue team, plus anyone in marketing or operations who needs to look something up.
Do cheaper plans have fewer features?
Yes, a little. Every plan including Free covers unlimited search and filters, reveal, Market Intel and saved searches. Paid plans add a shared credit pool, CSV export, signals and data enrichment. Beyond that the difference between paid plans is only how many reveal credits the price includes.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each month. Top-up credits are separate and never expire, so a batch bought to cover one heavy month stays on the account until it is used.
What happens when we run out mid-month?
Searching, filtering and previewing keep working — only reveals stop. Buy a top-up to carry on, or move up a plan. Nothing is locked and no saved work is lost.
Is a top-up ever cheaper than upgrading?
No, and that is deliberate. A top-up costs more per 1,000 than the rate on any paid plan, so moving up is always the cheaper route. Top-ups exist for a one-off spike rather than as a way to avoid upgrading.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in either direction, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade applies at the start of the next billing period. No penalties and no lock-in.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The credits are identical on both cycles; only the price changes. Annual works out cheaper per month and is billed once for the year.
Is a data sample available before committing?
The Free plan is the sample: full search, every filter and record previews, with credits to reveal a set of real contacts. Book a walkthrough if you would rather be shown around first.
