What can I upload?
Any CSV or a direct export from your CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce or a plain spreadsheet. There is no template to match first; you map your own columns after upload.
Will enrichment overwrite data I already have?
No. The default behaviour only appends fields that are missing. A value already in your file — correct or not — is left exactly as it was, so a re-import is never a step backward.
How do I know it will be worth running before I commit credits?
The match rate is shown on a preview before anything is charged. A row that does not match is never billed, so you see the shape of the result before you pay for it.
What fields can be appended?
Verified work email, direct dial, LinkedIn URL, job title, seniority and company-level firmographics — whichever of those your file is missing.
Which CRMs can I sync to?
HubSpot and Salesforce today, in addition to a plain CSV export. Sync writes the enriched fields back to the same records rather than creating duplicates.
Do unmatched rows cost credits?
No. Credits are only charged for a row that matches and returns data. A row we cannot match costs nothing, on the API and in the product.
